What are the delivery method and how much will it cost me?

Ordered goods are delivered through the courier service GLS to any address you choose in the third step of checkout.

All goods are in stock?

Yes, all goods from our e-shop are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch.

Can I pick up the goods personally?

At the moment, we don´t have such a possibility. You will get your goods from the courier service who will deliver the goods to your home/office address.

I've ordered the wrong size goods. Is it possible to return them?

You can cancel the contract within 30 days from receiving the goods and we'll refund your money. Send the goods to the address:

Please, attach a copy of the receipt with the products. You may attach the Return form for a faster procedure, but it is not obligatory.

Do not return goods using cash-on-delivery service. In case the value of the goods was diminished, the Seller has a right for a compensation in a reasonable amount.

How do I apply for a reclamation and how long will it take?

If you received products that have a manufacturing defect, you can reclaim those goods. The procedure is as follows - print and fill out the return form found on the ZOOT.it website, package the goods along with the filled out form and a copy of the invoice and send it to:

Your reclaim will be processed promptly, not later than 30 days from the date of the reclamation. You will be informed about acceptance of the reclamation by e-mail or by a customer service employee.

I've returned the goods. How long before I get my money?

It can take up to 14 days for a return to be processed once we have received your withdrawal from the contract.

How do I know my size?

Each product has a detailed size guide.

What address should I fill in the box below the name in order?

We will deliver to a delivery address specified.

If I have two coupons, can I use them both in one order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine two coupons. It is possible to use only one coupon per order.

What service do you use to deliver goods?

The delivery service is provided by GLS.

How does communication between the courier and I work?

Once your package has been sent to your chosen courier service, they will contact you via e-mail to give you information, updates and notifications about the delivery. You can also track your order via a link in your email.

When I ordered the wrong goods, or if I don't like the color, can I return it?

Yes, you can cancel the contract within 30 days from receiving the goods.

How do I unscribe from the newsletter?

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter on ZOOT.it, in the my account sectin. Or at the end of each newsletter simply click on the unsubscribe link.

Is it possible to order different sizes of bras and briefs?

Of course. You can order different sizes of bras and briefs unless the goods are packaged as a set.
